This Year our class at Walker Road Primary School decided to do an Enterprise project. First we had to decide on a name for our company. The whole class agreed on Funky Flowerz. We all had to fill in an application form and apply for a job in Funky Flowerz. Then we all had an interview which was very nerve racking! Now we all have a very important job to do in the company. eg Managing Director,
Finance Manager/Team, Sales Manager/Team, Production Manager/Team, Market Research Manager/Team, Resource Manager/Team or Administration Manager/Team.
We have decided to raise money for the HHI Primary School in Blantyre, Malawi where our teacher, Miss Charles worked last Summer.With the extremely generous help and much support from Scotia Seeds in Brechin,we are going to sell packets of native wildflower seeds. We have designed 2 labels for the 2 different seed mixes we will sell. We have also painted terracotta flowerpots. We are going to have a stall at the Torry Gala Day at Tullos school on Saturday 17th of June.
